10/10 all round

Brought my Skoda into Shaikly's and could not speak highly enough of them.

My car had been giving me a whole host of issues when driving and I'd had enough, I decided to phone in and book an appointment in.

The issues I discussed were investigated promptly and I was given a thorough rundown of both the faults they found, and the next steps we could take to resolve the issues, the technician who looked at my car suggested multiple routes of action based on their findings. I found the processes very transparent and a pleasure to be a part of. My previous experience with other garages was not anywhere near as informative and as someone with no motor experience, I felt valued and came away from the experience understanding far more about my car.

The quality of service I received was fantastic, prices and times were explained to me clearly and the level of professionalism and care far surpassed my previous experiences with main dealers.

I will 100% be bringing all of my cars back in the future.

I have also begun recommending that all of my friends and family bring their cars here. 10/10 all round
